Due to our very central location you will be able to reach Heidelberg conveniently by airplane, train, and car.
If you choose to arrive by train, the central station Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) should be your destination. From here the DKFZ is within a walking distance of 20min. Alternatively you can easily connect to the rnv innercity public transportation system. the closest stop is Neuenheim, Kirchnerstraße.
If you choose to travel by plane, we recommend flying into FRA Frankfurt International Airport and connect via the Intercity Express ( ICE - 1.5 hour ride).
Tickets for the national public transport system can be booked via Deutsche Bahn.
